When the wind comes up and the line takes load, three things have to hold: the rope itself, the protection where it meets the chock, and the shock absorption that prevents the cleat from ripping out of the deck.
The Storm Kit is built around those three components — the line side of the dock-to-boat chain, engineered as one system.

What's in the Storm Kit.
24" Chafe Guards (pair) — Heavy-duty chafe protection where your line meets the chock. Engineered to hold position when 50-knot winds drag the line through the fairlead.
1/2" × 15 ft Premium Dock Lines (2-pack) — Marine-grade double-braided nylon. UV-stable. Doesn't dry-rot in two seasons. Sized for bow and stern on vessels up to 28 ft.
Mooring Snubber — Heavy-duty rubber shock absorber. Cushions the sudden loads that snap cheap rope and rip cleats out of decks. The single most important upgrade on most boats.
Why a system, not three separate products.
Most boat owners buy their dock setup in pieces over years — chafe guards from one supplier, lines from West Marine, a snubber added years later. The pieces never quite match.
The Storm Kit is engineered as one system. Same materials. Same build standards. Same warranty. Same brand. Sized to work together on a vessel up to 28 ft.

What about fender covers?
Fender covers protect the hull from the fender — a different protection category. Because fender covers come in many sizes (6", 9", 12", 15") for different fender types, we sell them separately so you can match the size to your boat exactly.

Bought individually, these three products retail for over $185. The Storm Kit is $149 — engineered, sourced, and packaged together so you save versus buying piece-by-piece.
The savings reflect the engineering, not a discount. We can sell the kit cheaper because we ship three products in one box, with one set of packaging, on one fulfilment.
